[press release] Tuesday 15th March, 2005 - 13:55 gmt UK DfT (Department for Transport) rely on VWT to meet critical deadline VWT have been entrusted with supplying a time critical project to develop a mailing list solution and publish a new section of the ODPM's (Office of the Deputy Prime Minister) Cleaner Safer Greener website http://www.cleanersafergreener.gov.uk. The new section is was launched at a press conference by Liveability Minister Phil Hope. It's a new £5 million programme to support the drive by councils and local agencies to create cleaner, safer and greener communities. Virtual Web Teams Chief Operating Officer, Matt Martin, said "This project presented a challenge given the time constraints and the tight requirements set by the ODPM, however we have the infrastructure in place and the public sector project experience to accommodate critical projects such as this".
